my stay at centrum was great! the spacious suite had modern furnishings, and it was nice having a coffee shop and shopping mall nearby. i was especially impressed with the staff's willingness to help with taxi bookings, making our travel easier.

Our stay was just fantastic! The heated bathroom floors were such a cozy surprise,,, especially in the mornings after a long night of exploring. The staff really impressed me—they were so thoughtful and quick to respond to our needs, like extra pillows without hesitation.

The stay at Centrum was highlighted by the spacious Superior King Room. The desk made working from the hotel easy, and the heating was effective, especially with cool temperatures outside. Morning breakfasts offered decent variety, although a few items mentioned on the menu were not available. Staff attentiveness stood out, making me feel valued and supported during my stay. On the downside, I faced a frustrating issue with the flush tank. it took a day to address it, and the button still didn't work well. Additionally, the smoking area near the hotel let strong odors permeate throughout, making it uncomfortable at times. With the lack of an elevator, carrying luggage up the stairs was a hassle. However, the location is prime, with several malls just a short walk away.

I faced significant issues with the toilet flushing, which was frustrating during my stay. The unit under the sink had no shelves, making it difficult to store basic toiletries. Additionally, I encountered a persistent odor due to the smoking room nearby, which spilled into other areas of the hotel.

Just a good pick for a mini-break over the weekend in Bishkek with fantastic value for money. The hot water in the shower was super reliable, which was a nice touch after long days out. Pack light if you have heavy luggage since there’s no elevator here.
